- Arrive before your booked session for check-in and briefing.
- Wear comfortable clothing and secure footwear; avoid loose items.
- Tell the team about relevant medical conditions or concerns before riding.
- Never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Weather & operation
Operations can change due to weather or safety conditions. The on-site team makes the final call. Your booking confirmation contains the applicable reschedule and refund process.
