Clear rules, before you pay.
Reservation & payment
A booking is pending until payment is confirmed by the payment provider’s signed webhook. The returned browser page is not proof of payment. A confirmed booking is assigned a unique reference and e-ticket.
Date changes & cancellation
Set the exact change cut-off, cancellation cut-off, cancellation fee and no-show treatment in Admin. The guest sees those terms before payment and can submit permitted requests from Manage Booking.
Weather & safety closure
For a provider cancellation because conditions are unsafe, the guest is offered the configured eligible outcome: reschedule, credit or refund. Staff must record the decision in the booking.
Privacy & contact
Collect only the contact details needed for booking, payment confirmation, e-ticket delivery and support. Store payment-provider tokens only; never store raw card details. Publish a dedicated privacy policy before accepting live payments.
